You Have Three Easy Ways to Shop at Golden Nugget Jewelers:

  1. Online: Browse through our online catalog. Notice the quality of our distinctive diamond jewelry, the breadth of selection in our solitaire and three stone rings, earrings and pendants, and the informative diamond education provided. When you find something that you would like to purchase, simply hit the "Add to Shopping Bag" button on that page and proceed through the online checkout pages. You will receive an order confirmation email once you have completed your purchase. Alternatively, you may also email us at sales@goldennuggetjewelry.com s with your name, telephone number, the item number, and product description. We will contact you for payment information and shipping destination.

Payment Options:

We gladly accept payments for your purchase in the form of credit card, personal check, money order, cashier's check, certified bank check or bank wire transfer. We are also proud to provide an interest-free 90-day layaway plan for your convenience.

Personal Checks, Bank Checks and Money Orders:

We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for your order. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or counter checks are not acceptable.

Please Note:Any payment by personal check, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check, will delay your order. Once we receive your payment and the funds clear the bank, your order will be shipped. If you live in the United States, paying by any of these methods typically delay your order about 15 business days from the day we receive your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.

Bank Wire Transfers:

For your convenience, Golden Nugget Jewelry accepts bank wire transfers. As an added benefit, customers are eligible to receive a 2% DISCOUNT when an order is placed by means of a Bank Wire Transfer. Wire transfers allow for expedited treatment of your order by reducing the 15-day waiting period applicable to "paper pay-methods" such as personal checks and money orders. To place your order via wire transfer, please call us at 1-800-608-3177 to make arrangements.

Layaway:

As an extra service to our customers, we have created a convenient layaway program without the cost of additional interest fees. In order to put a diamond or piece of finished jewelry on layaway, you must speak with a Customer Care Specialist. We will walk you through a simple process in which we collect a 25% non-refundable deposit. Orders must be paid with cashier's checks, money orders, or wire transfer. You then have 90 days to complete your purchase by any of the accepted payment methods listed on this page. Purchases are promptly shipped upon full receipt of payment.

Our return policy still applies to all items that are purchased through our layaway program; however the initial 25% deposit plus shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you decide to exchange or upgrade your stone, we will issue a store credit for the entire amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling charges.

Please note:Layaway is only available by speaking with a Customer Care Specialist at 1-800-608-3177. In the event payment is not made within the 90-day period or if the order is cancelled, the 25% deposit is neither refundable nor eligible for store credit. Customers purchasing through our layaway program are NOT eligible for the 2% wire transfer discount

Taxes

We are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax from PA residents or for items delivered in PA. PA sales tax does not apply for merchandise shipped outside of PA to residents of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states. Please contact your local municipality to inquire about any applicable sales or use taxes in your state.

Returns:

Our precious jewelry and fine diamonds should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a simple fifteen (15) day return policy on all purchases. The fifteen (15) day countdown begins on the day that you receive your purchase from us. Please see our detailed return policy for more information. We will not grant any refunds on special order items such as customized products and/or additional services requested by the customer.
